Board of Directors
The Blackstone Landing HOA is comprised of a three (3) member board. The 2023 Board of Directors are:
- Weston Williamson - President
- Miriam Cruz - Vice President
- Patrick Dumé - Secretary/Treasurer
The elected volunteer board members work in conjunction with the management company to preserve, protect, and enhance the value of the community and its assets.
Management Company
Leland Management Lifestyle has been hired to assist the board in managing the affairs of the community. Their duties include:
- Provide helpful business advice
- Facilitate day-to-day operations in the community
- Ensure the communities common area looks great
- Ensure the corporation's liability exposure is low
- Ensure that the community manager working with the board is the right fit to provide outstanding service to the community
- Help build a sense of community
