Blackstone Landing is located on the western side of Poinciana Blvd. just north of Poinciana High School. It is a large community stretching nearly 1 1/4 westward from the main entrance. 8 large community ponds provide waterfront views for several single-family properties.

(ARB) Architectural Review Meeting

These meetings will be held on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 3:30 PM unless otherwise noted.
* Please note that only owners with pending Architectural Applications will be allowed to enter the meeting.
Assessment Due Date Notice
Wednesday, July 1st to Friday, July 31st
Association assessments are due July 1. A 30-day grace period applies through July 31.
Payments received after the grace period may incur late fees per Association guidelines.
